Primary Responsibilities : The Branch Manager will manage overall operations and provide direction, coaching and oversight to all branch staff ensuring the highest quality of service to members, maximum productivity and attainment of sales goals while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The Branch Manager must be professional with well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for supervising staff and servicing credit union members.

Business development and community engagement is a priority. In this role, you will promote the credit union through active participation in business development, community, and charitable events as a highly visible presence in the local area.

Foster relationships with existing business members to identify needs and strengthen the partnership. Minimum 3 years of management experience in banking or lending role within a credit union or financial institution that encompasses a broad knowledge of products and services is required. A Universal Associate provides a variety of transaction services to the member with exceptional member service. To service credit union members professionally and efficiently by performing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing and cash advances. Provide account information, open new accounts, cross service additional products and services.
